Let's talk about areas

We cover from Málaga East to Málaga West

The Costa del Sol is one of the most popular travel destinations in Europe due to an enviable location in Southern Spain. The sun-coast is also famed for its relaxed atmosphere, first-class beaches, excellent food, and a vibrant nightlife. More than 1 million people live in the area and of these, almost 300,000 are foreigners. The Costa del Sol has a privileged climate with mild winters and hot summers and can benefit from 330 days of sunshine a year, hence the nickname the Sun Coast. It is also known for its the unique coastline which extends for over 150 kilometers from Nerja at the Eastern end to Sotogrande close to Gibraltar at the far western end.

If you love golf, then Costa del Sol is the perfect location for you. With over 60 golf courses, the Costa del Sol is not surprisingly called the Costa del Golf. The number and quality of golf courses combined with the perfect climate for golfing all year round make the area attractive to thousands of golf enthusiasts every year.

With millions of people annually visiting the Costa del Sol, it’s not surprising that there is a comprehensive infrastructure of leisure facilities and activities. In 2019 Andalucia received 12.1 million international tourists. 3.4% up on 2018. There has been consistent growth from 2010 to 2019. In 2020 Andalucia received 2.7 million tourists. January and February were up about 3% on 2019, but after mid-March the borders were either closed or complicated for tourists to arrive due to the pandemic. That didn't stop foreigners from buying - Costa del Sol had some of the busiest sales activity in Spain, posting some of the best national sales figures in Q1 2021.
